The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) asked FPInnovations to survey wildfire management agencies in western Canada and Alaska to identify advancements in fire detection. The GNWT will consider the data collected for future fire detection planning. This project was completed under contract for the Government of the Northwest Territories.
