Users of Anti-lock Braking Systems (ABS) have experienced functionality and reliability issues with these systems. In 2013 FPInnovations initiated a study to investigate these issues in the log-hauling environment. This study included consultation with users and regulators across Canada, as well as an operational trial of a revised ABS for log-hauling trailers. This report summarizes the findings of this study.
